Thank you for choosing Norvick Coffee. We roast to order to ensure you receive the freshest coffee possible, and we take care to get every order to you quickly and in perfect condition.
Processing Time All orders are processed within [1–2] business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.
Freshness & Roast-to-Order Our coffee is roasted fresh after your order is placed and ships within [2–3] days of roasting. This ensures you receive coffee at peak flavor.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We ship within the contiguous United States. Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at norvick.co@gmail.com within [7] days of the expected delivery date. We'll make it right.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
